What is 1-on-1 Coaching?

1-on-1 coaching with me is a deeply personal choice.

The good news is that I can help you identify where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there so that you can finally get to know yourself and consistently choose you. When this type of transformation happens other aspects of life align with the new you.

This is for you if:

  • You are tired of the same problems and want to get to the root.

  • You are exhausted from dating the same type of people and want to find your soul mate - hint - become your own soulmate.

  • You “cannot go through that again”, you just can’t, and if you do you won’t be ok, and you want to make sure it never happens again.

  • Don’t understand why this keeps happening to you - hint - it’s you - this is good news - because, you can change you, but you cannot change anyone else.

Working with me includes me guiding you reach your goal by taking you through a proven system, step by step, over 10 ~ 90-minute sessions.

  • Phase 1: We get really clear about what your vision is. We look into your future and figure out who you want to be, I help you frame what success looks like to you and get the tools you’ll need.

  • Phase 2: Identify and apply - What aspects of your life are coming with you, and what needs to be redefined.

  • Phase 3: Action & Surrender - This is the point of no return. At this point you’ve changed and even if you went back to the old you, there’s no unknowing what you know now. This phase includes tapping into faith/trust, which we will have tools for from phase 1.

  • Phase 4: We tackle the technical side of any personal transformation, including how to conceptualize changes in your external reality, and stay in for another round on yourself.

Personal development requires courage

  • Change is uncomfortable & transformation is certainly not comfortable.

  • Change requires a desire for something different that is stronger than the desire to stay the same.

  • It’s always your time.
